Sergey Naryshkin

Sergey Yevgenyevich Naryshkin (; born 27 October 1954) is a Russian official, politician and businessman who has been Chairman of the State Duma since December 2011. Previously he was head of the Administration of the President of Russia from May 2008 to December 2011; he was also chairman of the Historical Truth Commission in May 2009 until it was dissolved in February 2012.
==Early life and education==
Born in Leningrad in one of the oldest families from Russia. Sergei Ivanovich Naryshkin graduated from Leningrad Institute of Mechanics with a degree in engineering in 1978.
